BENEFITS MUST BE VERIFIED BY THIS OFFICE BEFORE SCHEDULING

Please submit your insurance information for verification prior to making an appointment. Once your coverage has been verified by Santee Acupuncture and it has been confirmed by our office that Melissa Marcy is in your HMO network and can bill your insurance for services, you will be contacted to schedule your first visit. Please also note that therapies such as cupping are NOT covered by insurance and will therefore be omitted or incur an additional charge. 

Santee Acupuncture no longer bills PPOs. For this reason, your insurance does not require approval as you will be paying out of pocket, and may schedule at your earliest convenience. A "superbill" will be provided at your request so you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement if that benefit is available to you through your carrier.
