Santee Acupuncture is currently not accepting new patients with policies managed by American Specialty Health. Please contact ASH directly for a list of participating providers who are accepting new patients.
Insurance appointments include either an exam or a 30-minute treatment and are accepted Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 9:30-4:30 only.
If you would like Santee Acupuncture to bill your insurance for services, you will need to submit your policy information to this office prior to scheduling. Once your coverage has been verified by this office, you will be contacted to schedule your first visit. Though Santee Acupuncture may be in your network, all policies have different requirements and coverage, and those need to be established before scheduling in order to prevent billing/ payment issues.
Please note that therapies such as cupping and gua sha are NOT covered by insurance and will therefore be omitted or available for an additional charge of $50.
Currently there is a wait for new patients. If you need care sooner, or on a day or time outside of those indicated above, please revisit the list of acupuncturists in your network to find a different provider. Thank you.
