Your Authorized VA Community Care Acupuncturist
There is no out-of-pocket cost for pre-approved sessions. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Speak directly to your assigned PCP or Patient Case Manager (PCM) and request a Community Care referral for acupuncture, giving the name of your acupuncturist and clinic address so it will be included in the authorization:

2. Please be patient while your referral is processed by TriWest or the VA CCN. Once approved, you will be contacted to book your appointments.
