The Winter Solstice represents a time of new opportunities and renewal. This is a great time for reflection, healing, and creating space for what's to come.
We will begin with setting our intentions, followed by a guided breath work meditation to invite a state of relaxation. Crystal sound bowls assist in the activation of releasing blockages in each of the bodily systems in combination with a gentle yoga flow to further enhance realignment within your body and renewal of spirit.
Join Madi and Rosemary on a Saturday morning for a moving meditation and the healing frequencies produced by crystal singing bowls to enhance your overall wellbeing.
For more information, or to reserve your spot, please contact Rosemary (619) 764-9712 or Madi (209) 272-6265.

Sound healing is the use of therapeutic frequencies to balance the body and mind by lowering brainwaves to the deeply restorative alpha and theta states. Sound frequencies synchronize with brainwaves as sound vibrations travel through the body at a cellular level, bringing us into a relaxed, harmonious state of being. Space is limited! Pre-registration is required.

It is said that, "Where focus goes energy flows." Creating a vision board is a fun and easy exercise to help you reach your dreams.
It's important to visualize success when working toward your goals because when you visualize, you send your intentions out into the Universe, and thereby set the Law of Attraction into motion. When you create a vision board and place it somewhere that you'll see it often, you inadvertantly practice short visualization exercises throughout the day. Why wouldn't you make one?!
Isaac Hernandez believes that in order to make this planet better we must start within ourselves. You are invited to experience an hour-long healing journey involving breath work, gentle stretching, guided meditation, and singing bowls.

Another special event will take place this Memorial Day weekend at Hot Yoga Santee. Entitled Healing for Heroes, this celebration is open to everyone in honor and support of those who gave their lives serving in the United States Armed Forces.
Sarah Branison will guide you through a rejuvenating 60 minute yoga class, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation as you experience a modified rendition of Battlefield Acupuncture, an auricular protocol used by our military to alleviate pain and stress. Additionally, Baja Stretch will be giving away goodies including yoga mats, towels, blocks, straps, and more to lucky participants.
Reservations can be made online and the cost is $15 for veterans and spouses, and $30 for civilians. Don't miss out!
Join us at Hot Yoga Santee for an ALL-LEVELS hatha flow closing with acupuncture. Remove blockages and create free flowing qi within the body, thereby reducing or eliminating symptoms such as pain, stress, or emotional ups and downs.
The complementary nature of acupuncture and yoga is reflected in their common goal of releasing stagnation of energy within the body. Like prana, qi (pronounced CHEE) is used to describe life force, and like yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine works with your body to create balance.
When you take your final resting pose, a few tiny acupuncture needles will be gently inserted at specific points on your body. As you rest, the medicine will do its work, and you will leave class feeling grounded and ready to incorporate acupuncture into your self-care routine.
New to yoga? New to acupuncture? This is a great introductory opportunity! Reserve your spot now!
